- Testing the tightness of the oil system
- Filling and pumping oil in the lubrication system
- Blowing and bringing the compressors to the working mode
ALIGNMENT of a gas generator at a paper factory
At a paper manufacturing plant located in the village of Chaltyr, work on the alignment of a gas generator with a power of 1200 kW was successfully completed. This gas generator is a key element of the production line, so its precise installation and alignment are extremely important for ensuring the efficiency of all equipment. In the process, specialists precisely adjusted the position of the generator horizontally, vertically, and by angle. Thanks to the high qualification of our specialists and the use of modern equipment, the accuracy of alignment was 0.01 mm. Such high precision ensures perfect interaction of all elements of the mechanism and guarantees uninterrupted and efficient operation of the gas generator.
EXPANSION OF CONVEYORS AT LARTA GLASS ROSTOV PLANT
Fifty-eight conveyors have been modified to transport 9m glass. Before the modification, the factory produced base glass with a size of 6m. The well-coordinated work of designers, mechanics, programmers, designers, assembly teams allowed us to reformat production and rebuild the production line to produce new glass sizes in a short time.
As a result of cooperation and successful interaction between the two companies, the first batch of 9.3 m glass was produced and presented at the MosBuild 2023 exhibition.
On March 30, at the MosBuild 2023 exhibition, the winners of the MosBuild Awards were awarded. This award annually recognizes the best new products and solutions for the building and interior industry. In the Facades and Roofing nomination, the winner was LARTA GLASS and its new product, oversized glass, created using a technology unique to the Russian market. Until recently, such glass could only be ordered from Europe and China. And now architectural glass with energy-efficient magnetron sputtering LartaPro 9.3 meters long LARTA GLASS began to be produced at a plant in the Rostov region.

OXYGEN COMBUSTION SYSTEM FOR LARTA GLASS ROSTOV GLASS FURNACE
We have successfully installed two cryogenic tanks and evaporators, which are key components of the OxyBoosting oxygen combustion system for the glass furnace of Larta Glass Rostov. The OxyBoosting system uses oxygen instead of air in burners, which allows for a higher combustion temperature and thus increases the efficiency of the glass melting process. This also leads to a reduction in CO2 and NOx emissions, making the process more environmentally friendly. Thanks to the increased energy efficiency of the gas burners, we were able to improve the quality and volume of glass production, which ultimately led to an improvement in the overall performance and efficiency of production at Larta Glass Rostov.
LIQUID NITROGEN DISPENSING AND DOSING SYSTEM FOR DANONE YOGHURT PRODUCTION LINE
A modification and adjustment were carried out under low pressure on a group of cryogenic cylinders for droplet dosing of liquid nitrogen into yogurt bottles. This innovative approach allows for the optimization of the nitrogen dosing process, ensuring more accurate and efficient use of resources. The automated nitrogen delivery system allows for control and adjustment of the amount of nitrogen supplied, ensuring accuracy and consistency in the process. Moreover, the system increases the stability of maintaining pressure in the dosing complex, which in turn contributes to improving the overall efficiency and reliability of the production process.
STRAIGHTENING COLUMN FOR THE PRODUCTION OF MOLASS
Work on the piping, software development, and commissioning of a rectification column for molasses production has been successfully completed. The piping of the column included the connection of all necessary pipes and safety devices. The developed control program allowed the distillation process to be automated. After all checks and tests, the column was successfully launched and began producing molasses.
AUTOMATION AND COMMISSIONING OF A HIGHLY LOADED FLYING CRANE WITH A CAPACITY OF 400 TN
Electrical equipment was replaced with modern (ABB), software was written and commissioning of a hardening crane with a lifting capacity of 400 tons using DC drives was completed. The crane is equipped with joysticks, the functions of cruise control and movement to a given position have been added. Re-equipped movement, main lift and auxiliary lift mechanisms
